First up is the 33 HI, inspired by a popular cartoon and toy franchise from the ’60s that depicted the U.S. Armed Forces. The shoe pays homage to the Curtis P-40E Warhawk, a fighter jet used during World War II, mimicking the aircraft down to the tee(th), with an olive leather upper, yellow accents, and a shark teeth graphic on the lateral side that even Jaws would envy. It also showcases the World War II U.S. Army Air Force national stars and bars insignia. The medial side includes a military stencil graphic with Kool G Rap’s album name and release date, while the tongue proudly displays Kool G Rap’s iconic logo, recreated for this collection.

The sneakers sit atop a neutral grey and black outsole, reminiscent of the plane’s undercarriage, and come with four different color laces. The packaging is a comic book-style box that dives into the Kool G.I. Rap concept.
